With Heart Energy Coaching™ is an energetic partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Client and the Coach in a thought-provoking, soul-awakening, spiritually-strengthening creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential.  

These sessions are virtual so you can be in the comfort of your own environment while feeling energetically held and supported. Clients typically come in with one or two areas where they feel stuck in their lives and we dig into the contributing and underlying factors, helping you shine light on how that is happening. We support you in uncovering the emotion behind the pattern and, by shifting this, it allows for a release and being able to step into a higher version of you.
